Hello -- new to the board and happy to find this resource!
I purchased a like new pre owned OMT CD 1015 with slight cosmetic damage. The previous owner had a party an someone smashed into the left front of the bubbler panel and broke the bubble tube. They had it professionally repaired, with the exception of some drip marks on the plastic which aren't noticeable.
In doing regular vacuuming and clean up, I opened the OMT to vacuum out any dust. I then realized there are two bulbs in the front door which NEVER worked since I received the unit. The OSRAM 24v 21w bulbs in the lower star, and the bulb which sits below that to illuminate the bottom U of the plastics. One of the bulbs were blown, however the other is not blown, but both do not get power. I checked the voltage coming from the two connectors on the door mounted PC board and there is 0 voltage in those two connectors. The other devices connected to that board (motors etc) all work fine. Pic shows the two bottom connections which are dead.
Any ideas? Thanks!! CJ

Hi CJ,
Yes, the forum does not accept attachments for some time already. So maybe you can upload the the photo elsewhere and put the link here.
Do you have a service manual for your OMT with schematics?
About the drip marks: It is not possible to remove them. So don't try - the paint of the plastic pilaster would disappear.

Go to our FAQ's section, and find the contact info for John Robertson. He has a lot of OMT stuff posted, and I think I read about this there ? Ron Rich

Hello from France the two bulbs are mounted in series, if one is hs the second will not work to measure the voltage on the board, you must use the two pads furthest from the 4, if the bubble tubes and motors are working the voltage is indeed the sorry for the translation Phil
