Hi everyone! Hoping someone out there might be able to help...
I have a Rockola Rocket 7500-x. There are a few CDs that the juke is saying are "not available," yet they are in the machine and have no scratches, etc. I ran a short test and the juke is able to pick up the CDs and even identify the number of tracks in each, so I'm a bit mystified as to why this is happening.
Another issue I'm having is that occasionally the jukebox seems to physically drop a CD, but it doesn't really happen consistently (e.g. it doesn't happen to the same CD every time)...
Thanks!

"Re-map" the offending CD's-- Remove one CD--select that spot--stop gripper motor when gripper is up over the turntable and "exorcise" both sections of the gripper with your hand-- allow the sections to snap back several times. Ron Rich

Thanks Ron! Follow up question...how do you stop the gripper motor? Does that just mean to power off the machine? (Sorry if it's a dumb question, this is my first jukebox and just got it a week ago!)

Power off will work, if there is no service switch that will--- Ron Rich
