Hi Jerry,
Is it a 404 amp.? I have messaged you a link. Although according to the 404 parts list 36855-A is the power supply - but the jukebox world archive also gives the 404 amp as 36855-A, so the manual may be incorrect? Let me know if it's the correct one.

Norman, many thanks! That is quite close to what I have. I do not know the model of this juke, as the metal plate that would have that info is missing. Also, would you happen to have the power supply schematic for this? The one I have is clearly marked 38405-A 117V. Thanks again!

Hi Jerry, What I suggest you do is look at the Rock-Ola section at www.jukebox-world.de/en/Archive/and identify your jukebox, lots of pictures and useful information there. Rock-Ola manuals of this period don't actually have schematics of the power supply but they are not complex. I have sent you a link for a 38405-1A parts list (Models 414 & 418) which will enable you to identify the component parts. The play control relay which is located there shows up in the schem-a-grams.
