The B-side(200's) don't clear when the numbers are entered. If I record 200 it plays over and over. The coil that should clear the selection does not activate. When I play a 100 selection I can see the coil "fire" and the record only plays once. Any ideas?

See selection sequence 18 in the manual. Either the A-B snap switch contact or the wiper/contact plate is dirty, the hammer coil itself has failed or the diode in series with the hammer coil has gone open circuit.
