Wurlitzer 1800 Record Feed Adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the record feed on a 1800
When a record is selected the tone arm doesn't quite get to the 
feed in groves of the record.  If you help it a little the record will play.

I have found on the SL800 that the selecector arm rests on a screw that needs to be wound down and the stylis arm screw needs to be adjusted up, but that is about all I can halp with
