Rockola 460 selection button #3 sticks in down position

I need some repair suggestions for my Rock-ola Model 460. The selection button #3 does not register when pushed. The first two buttons seem to register but the 3rd button pushed just stays down and will not register nor will it pop back up if I press Reset. I have to shut off jukebox to have third button pop back up. The jukebox will play beautifully if I manually trip the tabs on the big selection wheel inside the box. I am somewhat handy with electronic repairs as I have serviced my 4 pinball machines at one time or another. Any suggestions?

There is a 464 thread two down covering an almost identical issue. Latch switch, relay K7, write-in relay K3, contact plate and write-in motor being the things to check (sequences 5 & 6 in the manual).
