Hi group! I'm the new owner of a Rowe R86 "Blue Magic". I'm also new to jukebox ownership.
I assume most jukeboxes have some type of a shuffle type mode? Of course my R86 has a "Playmaker Mode" switch that can set it to play music every 20 min., 40 min., or continuously. I like to set it to continuous random play.
Since a jukebox ain't gonna make money in an establishment if it's playing the hits for free, it only plays the "B" sides of the records. Experience, and the manual have confirmed this. It seems this function would be software controlled by the "computer". Does anyone know it it is possible to reprogram the computer to play the "A" side instead? Or, I'd even be happy with randomly on both sides of the record?
