I just picked up a Seeburg AY100U and I hope to give it the love it needs. I have the manuals, and mech guide. I am technically adept and have basic knowledge of electronics. I can solder, read a schematic and use an ohmmeter. All of those skills could use improvement. Can anyone recommend books (besides the Bible!) that will help me learn the electronics aspect of caring for and , more importantly, not ruining my jukebox.
Thank you,
Joe P

H Joe, Yep-- the bible MAY help-- ? If it's just general knowledge you seek, I would advise you go to the nearest Library, and see what they offer ? If you want to know more about your phono, as it says in our "Hi Newbies post" here, The Service Manual package, is where I think you should start-- and, with my "Seeburg Mechanism Guide" (should you wish, you may contact me at ronnnrich@yahoo.com to purchase it). Thanks Ron,
I planned to hit the library, figured I would ask around here to see if anyone had a favorite to look for. I bought your mech guide from you a couple of weeks ago and also bought the Svc manual package. Gonna do a lot of reading before I start poking around!
