Hi all, As shown in your service manual in more then one place (RTFM !), these phono's turn off motor power after the last record has played just after the REject switch has functioned, with the last played record "half in-half out", of the record rack. What's not stated is the reason this happens- It happens because the motor coasts after power is removed, and if it should coast to the point that the mech scans just a little, it WILL block the next pin on the pinbank from going into the selected state. Thanks "Old Wise One" for the above normal operation. Looking into why my HF100R leaves the last selection played half in and half out of the magazine rack is once again answered from this site and by the king himself.
So now onto the "Credit Mechanism" hick up.
I have your " 2nd. Edition " and didn't see that one...................... Thanks Again
