Ram error 1

Good afternoon,

Haven’t had the jukebox on for awhile, fired it up today and had this

Checksum 6000
Ram Test Passed
Ram error 1 CCC may malfunction unless ram corrected
See replacing ccc eprom in service manual

I’m guessing that’s a bad CCC I cannot find the replacing ccc eprom in my manual

The unit sounds like it is cycling the CD carousel but does not play

Any help is appreciated
