Seeburg DS 100/160 Parts

Hi All

This is a trivial question that I hope someone can help me resolve.  On the DS "Carriage Cover Assembly" there is a hole in the top center for a screw to hold the cover to the mech.  On the left side of the cover there is another hole for a screw to hold the cover to the mech.  Both of these holes are supposed to have a to rubber "O" ring for the screws to go through.  The bottom right side of the cover has a half mood cut out the likewise calls for a rubber "O" ring.    I have not been able to find these at the usual vendors.  DOes anyone know where I could buy these items?

To bad I do not have any electronics stores in this area, unless you consider Walmart or Ace Hardware an electronics store.  Do you recall the name of the store?

It is different than an "O" ring in that it is slotted to allow it to be secured. Radio Shack used to sell them in a pack for use as insulators on cable inlets.

I never bothered with them on mech covers as I never tighten the screws anyway.

As a mater of fact, I believe ACE can order them, if not stocked -- there is no longer an ACE here--but when we had one, it was great--they often ordered stuff like this for me--Worth a try-- Ron Rich

Went to Home Depot and it is a 9/32 grommet HD part No SKU 587 896 and they had them in stock!
