I recently got a Rowe R-84 and was looking at the best scenario to add an external phonograph (or eventually any music player) to it. I have read so much about it that many things are running together now. One mentioned I might have to remove the record motor belt for it to play properly. I do not want this option because I want to be able to use the jukebox too without have to keep modifying things.
I was searching eBay and found this option:
AMI ROWE JUKEBOX AMPLIFIER PREAMP ACCESSORY BOARD # - 60792702
Is this the route I should go? Would it work for what I am looking for? I asked the guy on eBay and he said he had no clue, he sold for a third party.
I have the Rowe R-84
I have the 125 Watt Stereo Amplifier 6-07438-02
Can someone tell me the best option?

That's a fine option -- if, it fits that amp-- Is this the 125 watt amp with straight,or round connectors for the volume control ? Ron Rich

...125 watt amp with straight,or round connectors for the volume control... That's how new I am. I'm not sure exactly. I'm thinking straight because I've wired a pot up via screw terminals.

Hi Jay, Nope-- follow the terminals you wired the pot to-- the wires on the other side go to that plug, on the amp-- Ron Rich

Okay, I see what you're asking now. It's straight.
