It retrieves a record and put it down with no issue. However when the record is done it will not put it back. Any ideas here? Please see the video:

Hi Ryan,
It would be my assumption that the contacts you zoom in on, at the end of this vid, are dirty ? If you do not know how to clean/adjust contacts see the FAQ's section, above--- Ron Rich

Thanks Ron, I ordered the cleaning tool you suggested in the other post and cleaned the switches contacts. Still not returning records. Not sure where to go next.

Hi Ryan,
How are you getting the gripper back over the record rack ?
I would use my meter to check those cam switches--are they "adjusted" --as per the Service Manual ?
