Jukebox USA- anybody ever deal with them?

I have a Seeburg STD3 and the magazine number sticker is in bad shape so I found JukeboxUSA and they have them. I emailed them on 5/28 to place an order and get total for the stickers and have not received a reply back yet. I realize this past week was a holiday weekend, but attention to customers should be a priority. Unusual for a business not to acknowledge an order request unless there is something wrong. I live about 50 miles from where they are, was thinking about visiting, but not sure. Any opinions?

Iffin you had filled out your location info, as requested in the user info section, I at least might be able to figure out who/where Jukebox USA,was ? I have head of them. but don't know they are/were ?

They are in Baltimore MD and Ken Arnold must supply some parts, I've noticed him on pinside as well as 16mm film websites.  If you have the stickers, how much are they, I'd like to get 3 of them, I'm located in Hanover, PA

OK -- that's more often known known as A-1 Nostalgia--- If you went to their web site as shown, in our FAQ's section, you would see that they are currently closed "for remodeling"--- Ron Rich

Yes I saw that, but "A-1 Jukebox is currently closed to update policies and procedures and add new capabilities for our customers. These procedures may take up to 10 weeks."  is pretty pointless.... 10 weeks from January 2021?, February 2021?, etc....At least I can't seem to find the statement that tells me 10 weeks from when.

It's OK though. I tend to scan things too fast and sometimes miss the obvious.

I also recently sent them an email and received no reply yet. It would be nice to know exactly when they expect to reopen. There's not a clear timeframe stated on the website.

Also, I'm wondering if their Seeburg 161/201 repro side glass panels are comparable to Victory Glass's. Would those be Ken Arnold-made? I hear that his products are very good.

Anything I have ever purchased from A-1 has been excellent ! Anything Ken Arnold has reproduced is as good as, or better then, the OEM part ! All MY humble opinion ! Ron Rich
