I located a non working Wurlitzer 2700 for 150.00 and was wondering what the common problems were with these. Description says " It has played in the past, but the unit currently only powers on."
It appears to be in decent cosmetic condition, is it even worth 150?
Are there any common issues for there there is no fix and this thing becomes an instant boat anchor and I have to listen to my wife say "I told you so"?
I will have the manual if I get this thing, just looking to sink my teeth into a jukebox project while keeping my mostly working Seeburg STD-3 on the back burner for now.
I would plan to load this on a pick up truck and could someone give me a few pointers about what to secure before moving?
