Hi, Everyone. I recently pick up a rock-o-ola 474 sybaris. This being my 1st one I've owned, i tried to do some home work on it before diving in. So far I've clean gripper arm assembly, lubed other points as well and cleaned and check contacts. Check all fuses. After trying for 1st time arm would hang about 3/4 of the way before getting to the table. Gripper arm moves freely. I ended up finding inside the gripper motor drive gear housing the nylon gear has 2 teeth broke and several are wore with a radius in them. My question is I've looked online no luck so far, ive seen the motor itself. Am i wishing for this or buy another motor. If anyone knows where to get one or may have one for sell that would be great. At a stand still for now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well, had you read your "messages", you would have seen a request that you look at the FAQ's page-- if you had done that you would have seen a list of parts suppliers. If you had queried them, you may have found an answer by now ? Ron Rich

On a Rock-ola 464 I owned the magazine motor had a bad gear. Still worked just missed some teeth and made some noise. I never found any place selling replacement parts for the motor. Good luck with the search but you may need to source a new (to you) motor.

Is there a manufacture's name on that motor ? If so they MAY still be around, and MAY still supply gears ?? Ron Rich
