I just had the amp rebuilt on my Rockola 425 and I had no idea how different the sound could be. It started me thinking. I'm guessing the goal of any given amplified music system would be to create the sound closest to a live performance with the instruments and vocals. I'm really surprised how close( just my opinion) a jukebox can be to that goal. I understand from reading that one of the goals of jukebox manufactures beside making money was to create sound close to live performance. Now I want to listen to all my music through a jukebox to hear the sounds I never heard before. Would I be able to input my turntable with RCA jacks into a jukebox? Can I take a spare amp I have and after rebuild plug my turntable into it with a pair of those 3ft high seeburg speakers from that late 70s?
Sorry Ron, I decided not to look any of this up, I just ant to speak my piece and get some input, lol!
Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony, Where did you get your amp rebuilt? I have a 425 as well and have been noticing the sound quality drop over the past couple of years. Also, what was the damage to your wallet? Thanks for any help!
