CD player problems

Hi Ron,
Apologies this post should be under the Rock-Ola section. I have a faulty CD player out of my Rock-Ola Bubbler CD JB which I need to send to Rock-Ola in Torrance for exchange for a reconditioned unit. I have e mailed on [e-mail] but I get no response. I have also completed a 'contact form' on their web page but still no response ? Have Rock-Ola closed shop ? Can you advise please. Thanks Rob
