Hi All, IN GENERAL, fusing in a jukebox is there only to "stop fires", and/or to stop someone from being kilt ! ! The "listing agencies" usually checked only for safety, of the item against fires, and dangerous wiring-- they did not care if one ruined an internal components of whatever was being "safety checked" ! Fusing is MINIMAL-- the manufactures 1. Did not want to spend any more on fusing then they are forced to ! 2. Generally used the highest rated fuse they can get by with, because they don't want their equipment "blowing fuses"-- Keep this in mind when working on any Jukebox (or ANYTHING !). NEVER replace any fuse, with a higher rating then called for-- and it is my "rule", never to replace a fuse more then once, without, locating, and fizzing, whatever is causing the fuse blowing problem FIRST. 99.9999 % of the blown fuses have a "reason" that the fuse blew--find-fix it ! Also-- some people seem to think it's a good idea to "replace" fuses "'cause they are old" ? I really question that thinking-- IMHO-- old fuses are not blown, as there have been on excessive current draws- should one occur, the fuse will blow-- (have a l@ k at the Seeburg section, for Seeburg specific fusing info) Ron Rich
