United Model A jukebox turntable stuck and number select iss

Hello! Brand new here. I inherited a 45 jukebox from my parents that we plan to use in our retail shop. I was testing all the selection numbers (more on that later) and ended up with the carousel completely stuck and trying to move clockwise with no success. The only way I could stop things is to turn off the player.

Any advice on what may be causing this?

Also it seems like some of the number selections are one off - any advice on how to address this?
