NSM Firebird not returning disc

Hi guys. I have a NSM Fire Country (ES-IV, No. 31601766.)

For the most part, it functions as it should. Sometimes though, after a disc is done playing, the tray won’t return the disc. It just gets stuck and says error 70-71.

When it does this, I have to open the jukebox, nudge the CD tray, shut off the system, turn it back on, and it then returns the disc.

Anyone have an idea as to what could be going on? The manual isn’t much help.

Also. I’ve noticed the sound is louder coming out of the right side speaker than the left, and that sometimes it can be very staticky. I’ve tried different speakers. Could this be an amp issue??
