Didja l@ k in da book ? WurliTzer manuals/parts books are usually pretty good at describing "adjustments" on the keyboard--Is this phono new to you-- did you or someone else "adjust" this earlier ? Ron Rich |

Ron Rich Yes it's new to me, I bought it just to repair and tinker with. I've read the book over and over, and I know how to adjust, but this particular part I don't understand.. The Right Hand Trip Lever as the manual calls it, I don't see anything in place that's supposed to reset it back to original position.. |

When you press a number button, it presses this switch down and closes a set of points. But I don't see anything that's supposed to reverse it to open the points back up. Let me know if this picture helps puu.sh/IA8Wz/e7b8ecd8e4.jpg |

It appears to me to be connected to the latch bar solenoid plunger-- the movement of that plunger should release it-- along with pressure from the spring ? Ron Rich

Locking--setting, those contacts, would be the purpose of the latch solenoid -- let me know what you 'find"-- Ron Rich
