I just bought 2 Rowe jukeboxes. The CD-100J cleaned up and is working great. The WP-100A Berkeley was out of service for 3 years and was semi dirty with cigarette residue on the cds. I powered it up and the title tack moved well and when I put it in service mode the spindle of cds moved. I did not try playing songs as I did not have speakers hooked up yet. I put a cd in a slot and tried a single initialization on it. The cd arm did not pick it up and then the issues started. Now I cannot press cancel to move the reel and after restarting it, the red board error light comes on and the out of order message shows. Any suggestions? Thanks

Please read the "Hi Newbies" post in our FAQ's section, and use the same terms as the Service Manual does for part names-- I am not sure of what you are attempting to say. Thanks, Ron Rich
