I have a, (believed to be) Wurlitzer 750 "W" Casting, Left Side, when facing the machine. The part number is 39566. It appears exactly as the one on my W-750. I would have to take the light diffuser off to read the actual part number. I plan to sell that casting but first I want to be absolutely certain it goes to a W-750. If someone has the parts manual perhaps they could verify that number is the correct number for that part. Thanks Much!!
