OK, so when you power-up the jukebox it seems to initiate itself by doing a revolution of the carousel and then it is ready to use? I guess this is so that the CCC knows that the carousel is in the "home" position ready for a selection to be made? Well, I turned it on inadvertently today and turned it off quickly again before the carousel had finished its initial rotation. Later, when I switched it on again, the carousel will not move and it sounds like a motor is straining so I turned it off again quickly. My question is: Have I somehow caused the carousel to jam? Where should I start looking to fix this? Thanks in advance.
UPDATE Just took the mechanism out to have a better look on the bench and I can see there is some sort of brake that locks the carousel which is released by a solenoid. However, back in the jukebox the solenoid does not appear to be operating but if I hold it in by hand the motor turns the carousel round.

OK-- gottem "da manual" ?? I'm not familiar with what a R-13 has for a CCC-- is it a CCC, or is it separate computer parts ? Do you have a battery in it ? Have you changed it lately ? Ron Rich

Just noticed that the +28VDC led on the power supply unit is not lit. I guess this might have some bearing on the problem.....
