I was looking through the manual accessories list for my 1971 AMI/Rowe MM5 Presidential and realized the center plate in the title racks could be personalized. There was a lettering kit available: 201-14737. I always thought the plate was plain metal but it is a clear plastic plate, so I suppose any press-on lettering can be used, but I plan to print one on card. I can't remember ever seeing an original location personalization, in all the pictures I've seen, these plates have been blank. Has anyone got an image of what these things would have looked like? I also had a senior moment. The alarm system is no longer in the jukebox, even if it was fitted in the first place but I thought who would want to alarm a 400lb box? It's hardly something you can pick up and walk out with. Then I realized what it was really protecting. MM5 location personalization plate - * The PhonoVue looks interesting. I'll have to look for one and some of the cheesy 1970s films - *

For Rowe-AMI models that have that space in the middle, I usually cut down one of my business cards to fit there (and still have some room on the sides). I've not seem many machines come through with special personalization options... just old licensing tags. I do have a Seeburg LPC-1 that has a nice plate above the featured albums area: The Toddle Inn. I've not been able to find any information on what that place was; the guy I bought the juke from was no help. drive.google.com/file/d/1ClURYyShg3OZK3pWMxP9lkAg-wgEwjpq/view?usp=sharing
