Help/advise needed
I have a problem that has just happened with my AMI i electric
when the gripper motor starts to rotate having made a selection, it blows a fuse.....(first inline in the junction box) it has been working absolutely fine, with no problems......
I have the correct fuses (1 amp, slow blow)
I have checked all the moving parts with the motor disconnected and all looks ok, nothing jamming, lube looks ok, etc
machine has been upgraded with pulse converter, scan one and camshaft switches (not recently)
I'm assuming that something is staying energised...........
I have checked the motor and that is ok
it would be appreciated if anybody has any ideas or suggestions.....point me in the right direction
thank you,

Hi Nigel, You say you have checked the motor and it's OK - how exactly have you done that? Does it blow the fuse if you operate the jukebox with the transfer motor disconnected (I appreciate that it will stick after the stopping switch operates but you can just manually reset the pin)? And does this happens for both A and B sides?
