Recently purchased a Wurlitzer 2200. The previous owner jumpered the volume as the remote has long been lost. Does anyone know how to adjust the volume if there is no remote to do so?
Thanks

Hi Mike, Hard to understand you-- what wire, sticking "out" of what ? Is this sticking out of the rear of it, or the "front" of it as viewed from the back of the phono-- was this perhaps used to turn the control -- or is it something some "kid" inserted ? Can you turn the control with a volume control key (do you have one??), or screwdriver ? Ron Rich

Hi Mike, I don't really understand your reply. Are you saying the panel mounted dual pot is there but has a wire sticking out of it? In which case, can't you connect per the amp schematic?
Norman.

Hi Mike, No feelings of foolishness required-- either chalk that up to a "senior moment"--which we all have, or a learning opportunity ! What was with "the wire" ?? Ron Rich
