1968 Rockola Ultra 437

I have a 1968 Rockola Ultra jukebox. Yesterday, while searching for a selection, the mechanism holding the records jammed. Any suggestions what to do? Now the record holder will not turn even in "scan" mode. While it was rotating I heard a loud clunk and then it stopped in the zero position.

Pretty hard to guess from here--did the "clunk" happen exactly at the same time as it stopped ? If so, my "guess" would be: Lack of proper lubrication on the "change (side) cam" and linkage that operates the AB switch. If not lubed once in awhile, the dog tends to jam, rather then shift--Ron Rich
