432 stopped accepting coins

I’ve read the faq and stickies. Didn’t come across anything on this.

My 432 has been working fine for the past few months.

Last night it stopped accepting coins. They just pass right through and end up in the coin return. Well quarters and nickels pass right through. Dimes get stuck and I have to turn the coin return knob and after a couple turns they get rejected.

The free play/add credit unit seems to work and let’s me add 3 credits.

Any thoughts?

Is it just something in the coin mech?

Where else should I be looking?

I'll interpret this response as:

the issue is in the coin unit
per the faq, I should just clean it with hot soapy water
