Hi I just acquired a NSM Galaxy 200. It has been sitting for a long time. I am getting a 346 error, the carriage moves to the left, stays there and does not return to the right and clicks. I looked at the clutch rod and it seems to be ok, pin is in the slot and the washer is where it should be and it is freely pushed up & down. Now if I turn it off and manually slide carriage to the right then turn it on, make a selection, it will move left, grab and play the record. It seems it only will grab and play a record with the right side needle. Was also wondering where the put in service button is. Also does the door have to be closed to have it play? When it does play a record, It does not reject buy itself at the end of the song I have to hit the reset button. Sorry if I am asking to many questions but I'm hoping someone will give me an idea as to what to look for. I have watched a few videos on this mech. Thanks in advance for any help, Dan

Hi Dan, I'm not familiar with your jukebox, is it ESIII and do you have the manual? Maybe not ESIII, these have only two digit error codes as I recall! Dirty optos are usually a favourite for the type of problems you're getting.

Norman I couldn't tell you if its an ESIII, don't know much about it either. No I don't have a manual. If I remove the optics, what's the best way to clean them? Is there a way to post a picture on this site? Thanks Dan

I really cannot comprehend how you intend to proceed without a service manual! Even experienced technicians are known to resort to the manual!
