Hello from Chicago where the sun is finally out yet cold as I continue to question why I Live here. I have a 1990’s Wurlitzer OMT 1015 jukebox and the motor book or page flippers as I will call them have quit working. Hoping for some direction as far as troubleshooting and repair. I don’t see much help in the operating instructions and field service manual. I see a cylinder behind the unit that appears to be the motor that powers it. My thinking is check for voltage there. I also see the tabs to remove the unit. Any advice as to how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks for your help. Richb134

H Rich, I dono-- is that motor computer controlled ? If so, you may just need to "reset" the program-- see the service manual-- Ron Rich

Measuring is always a good starting point. Resetting the programming is a smart move, programming can get corrupted resetting and reprogramming will help.
Do the buttons work, i've seen a lot of these machines that simply have dead buttons. These have rubber pads underneath the buttons that wear out. These are still available.
Another thing is dry solder joints.
Taking things apart on these is not an easy job make sure you are up to the task. take pictures make movie clips to make sure you can return the parts you have taken off.
Never disconnect anything when the machine is powered, doing so can damage certain parts of the control computer.
fixing these is not too complicated very little goes wrong but getting at the part is a pain in most cases.

Thank you for the replies. Still investigating. Curious about the rubber pads under the buttons and wonder where they might be available. Any advice on where to find them would be appreciated. Thanks Rich
