Wurlitzer 600 Selector Not Working

Hi, I recently started working on neglected Wurlitzer 600 Rotary and after putting everything back into the machine, the selector does not work. Everything else operates normally (besides the amplifier which I'll need of take care of after) when I put a coin in. The machine turns on on automatic mode after the coin is in, and plays the same selection. The selector shaft and bevel gears never turn past the torsion spring and the selector arm never moves so it always plays the same number song. I've started to lose my mind as I can't really figure out why it wont turn. Any suggestions would be helpful

Going WAY back in a dusty corner of my head--
I find a "note" about this that is hard to read--says something about the selector is jammed against a selected pin, due to lack of oil ?? Ron Rich
