Hi new here. Just picked up a 220, I believe, it’s the stereo 80 selection Seeburg. When I make a selection the cleaning brunch doesn’t let the record fully seat and hits the tone arm when selection side A or B. If I hold the lever out of the way, that holds the brush, operation is perfect, but if I let it go after the record starts playing the brush arm rides on the actual record itself. There’s a wire arm that looks bent that attaches the brush bracket / lever arm. I try to straighten it and it just goes back to the bent position after the mechanism starts.

Hi, Please read the PM you were sent-- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Un-screw the shoulder screw (watch out for washers,if used), clean, use 20 wt ND oil on it--straighten up the wire-- reinstall, check that the spring pulls it back all the way--clean anything that's stopping it. adjust, if needed, as per the Service Manual.
