Firstly thank you all for letting me become a member! I need some guidance as my TI-1 has a remote volume control, someone has changed the potentiometer so the volume increase is rapid at the slightest touch, can you advise me of the correct size potentiometer please. Do you have a Rowe made amp in it ? AMi's used a 35 K-- Rowe's that I am aware of, used a 10k -- Not sure on what that model used ? Ron Rich

The amp has a sticker on says ROWE INT.Inc Serial number 47298 the amp has R-4359A Stereo so I am guessing its a Rowe?

My GUESS is=-- you are correct ! Some UK Rowe's were made with locally produced amps. Ron Rich

many many thanks my friend, I like the idea it was locally manufactured. I have recently had a sound issue so have ordered a complete set of valves to be changed soon. Were In the middle of a house move at the moment, were down sizing ... the wife said either the juke box goes or she will go .... me and the juke box will miss her .... lol Take care!

Funny-- I think that there maybe jukes all over this world, that are feeling sorry for "missing wives" ! Good luck with your amp--but it's usually more then just the valves-- Ron Rich

Hi all
It’s 2024, we downsized and… I kept the jukebox and my wife… win win! The sound issues…. With the juke box not the wife, well I fitted all new valves, they came in new but old stock from Ukrain having fitted them the sound came back as good as new… so please! 40 minutes in there was a strong smell of burning and a bright red glow from the amp and silence. The “alternative valves” supplied were not compatible. Finally found a superb man who knew this juke box and amp inside out, I sent off the Amplifier and he repaired and explained the valve problem. Andrew who operates near Liverpool can be found on 07834 159941 he is brilliant. Thank you all for your help.
