Hi guys, I have a seeburg golden jet (SE100) and it is rigged to free play. the latch solenoid is constantly engaged, and i want to purchase the correct free-play adapter from vern tisdale. before doing so, i'd like to "un-do" whatever it is the last owner did to put it in constant free-play mode. I don't want to disturb anything and make matters worse though. This unit has a SPU-5 pricing unit. Were there common "rigs" to free play done back then that would be obvious to notice? I can't see to figure it out.
On a side note...but may have something to do with this-- the SPU-5 pricing unit has a spdt slide switch on it, when using switch, i hear a loud buzzing. is that normal? What was this switch designed to do?
