Hello, I have a Rock Ola Bubbler, with the MP3 Qusonix system in it, Hard drive, and touch screen. Does anyone know if Qusonix is still supported? I tried to load new discs, and "no connectivity error" was the resort. Am sure all is well on my end, just curious if they went to a new system. I will try to give them a call this coming week. Just wondering if anyone might know.
Thanks in advance.

Hi John, I have no idea--but what you have there, is NOT (by law), a "jukebox" ! Best to either give RO a call, or try to get "Mr. Grumpy" on the phone (Ed Fisher-DataSyncEng) (908 362-6299). Ron Rich

Hi Ron,
Thanks for the reply.
Finally got in touch with a tech at Rock Ola, (no small feat), and he said the Qusonix system has been down since Jan 1, 2018. Asked him when it will be back up, and he said he was hoping for this month, nice and nebulous reply.
In my opinion, for them to sell this Jukebox, and not really care, or expedite Qusonix system being up, is poor business practices to say the least. I seriously doubt the Qusonix server will be up this month, or by June, if ever, for that matter. Surprised nobody else has mentioned or complained, there are a bunch of them out there. Looks like I have a 300 pound paperweight.

Hi John, What is this system ? RockOla, under the original, and this current ownership, has had a very (IMHO !) poor record of "customer support---! Ron Rich

Ron,
The Qusonix system is a MP3 storage system, and is connected to server. The jukebox consists of a cpu, touchscreen, hard drive, CD player, and internet connection. When you insert any CD, the system looks at it, finds it in the Qusonix catalog, shows the song titles and displays the album cover. If you agree, it will store all of that, and add it to your “collection “. Now that the Qusonix system is down, you would need to manually type all the song titles in, and have a generic album cover.
I completely agree, Rock Ola Customercare absolutely sucks, they could be on their way out, hard to tell. The system was great until it went down in January, at least I have a couple hundred albums to listen to. Fingers crossed if it comes back up. Will update in a month or so.

Ron, Feel free to take down the post, I thought this was a forum for ALL Rockola products, my mistake, apparently. This is what I have. Attachments:
