TSA4 amp kit doesn't have all capaccitors

I changed the caps in my tsa4 several years ago. I was having sound issues lately and just noticed that not all caps where changed.All on the treble and bass slide controls are original.

 So my question is,should the kit include "all" caps ,and if not,should i go ahead and change the "leftovers" to improve sound.

It's putting out alot of bass and not much of the higher tones.

Is there someone I can send the unit to in USA that can service/troubleshoot the amp?

The treble switch and associated capacitors actually 'cut' the treble. Replacing them would not increase your treble.

The bass switch does not have capacitors.
