Ron , I got a rockola 440 that the wobble plate switch mount is broke off but it seems to work without it , do u think it matters?

I think in the home environment where you turn the jukebox on, make some selections and turn it off when they're finished - you get away with it and everything appears normal. The drawback comes if you turned the jukebox on and waited for punters, like in a commercial setting; the record magazine would be turning the whole time it wasn't playing; it never parks.

Hi Norman, Maybe ? I would think that one may become distracted, and allow that motor to run much longer then it is designed to do--It is an "intermittent duty" motor ! Ron Rich

Yes I agree Ron, maybe I didn't phrase it as well as I could. I was giving a reason why it might appear to operate normally in home use.

Juke, the motor o my comes on after a selection is made it is not staying on like you talk about but however I am in the process of trying to locate a new one to be safe
