wurlitzer omt 45 goes to full volume for split second

Hello Addicts!

I have a Wurlitzer OMT 45 jukebox in my living room that I don't play very often.
I usally have to wait for the Wife to go shopping so I can play it, because I like to play it louder than what my Wife likes.

So I played it the other day and selected a few records and on occasion and only for a split second the volume goes
to full volume.  I have never had this happen before and it cought me by surprise.

Any thoughts?
