Carousel is stuck, motor is humming, and will not spin on my Rowe AMI R-80s. Three digit number is illuminated and can’t be reset. Any suggestions for quick reset to free carousel. (Reset button does nothing). Thanks in advance.

The record magazine (carousel) could be physically stuck. Make sure nothing is jamming it such as a misplaced or broken record.
I'd also double check to make sure the humming noise is coming from the magazine motor, just to make sure the hum isn't coming from something else.
