Hello, Chuck here. I'm new to this sight and a new owner of a 1968 Wurlitzer Americana 2 3200 juke box. I have a manual for service and trouble shooting but can't find anywhere where it tell you how to change the drive belt/s. I assume the drive wheel takes two belts as there are two grooves in the wheel. But how does one get a new belt/s on the flywheel and the drive wheel? There's a shaft in the center of the flywheel so you can't just put it on without removing stuff. Help??

Hi Chuck! Welcome!
With the mechanism in play position (it's easier), you can work the belts around the end of the 'clamp shaft', then past the two rollers on the 'turntable release arm assembly'. Then the belts can be wrapped around the flywheel.
In my manual, these parts are shown in Section 'C', page 11C.
Hope this helps!

Hey Marty, Not meaning to sound too dumb, but how do I get the juke box in the play position?

Just make a selection and allow the mechanism to load a record. Then you can cut the power so you can install the belts.
