Hello
I restored a JAJ200 and it works great. I only have one problem left that i can’t figure out why and where it’s coming from.
When i make a selection everything works like it should and all wipers go back to the home position. But sometimes(not always, and random selection) the selector motor keeps spinning. I have to push the transfer relay in to stop it from spinning.
All contacts are clean, everything is lubricated and all the gears have been set up properly.
Any suggestions where to look ?
Tnx

Hi Marco, Maybe a bad solder joint, most probably in the circuit to the sprag relay? There are also a couple of normally closed contacts in the sprag relay circuit, one from the sprag relay itself and the other fom TD-2 that you could also check.

Ok i’ll check the contacts again first. Someone told me it could also be the adjustment of the wiper behind the number commutator ?

Hi Marco, I think since you said that it happens randomly that it's more likely to be some sort of poor connection in the sprag relay circuit.
