Greetings!
Happy I have found this forum. I've been interested in obtaining a jukebox for some time now, and I'm on the brink of acquiring a Rowe CD100A model. My intention is to optimize the song selection especially during (shuffle/attract mode.) To achieve this, I've considering the option of creating custom CDs to expand the available tracks. Here's the information I've gathered: Red Book Standard: The maximum playing time is 79.8 minutes. The shortest track duration is 4 seconds (including a 2-second pause). The maximum number of tracks is 99.
*Second question - If you select two tracks on the same album are the gaps between them the same as if it were playing on a regular cd player or is there an added pause no matter what? Just wondering if I even need to worry about preserving this.
I appreciate any assistance you guys can provide. Thanks in advance.

(The plan is to add extra tracks from the same artist after a complete album that come from other releases which might not have been as good. This way, I don't have to use a whole CD for only one or two good songs, and I can avoid having too many compilations.)

I could be wrong, but I think most CD jukeboxes are subject to the 'added pause' between tracks due to the way they are programmed.
I would further assume that AMI/Rowe CD jukeboxes will handle 99 plays since 'tracks in a row' (max setting 99) is a programmable option (at least on some machines).
Maybe someone else around here knows for sure?
