Wurlitzer Model 600 Problem

Dear Sir I am having the same problem with my Wurlitzer 600 Jukebox and I have followed your steps and still the same problem. I was wondering what the person back in October 18 2020 that wrote you to repair there problem ? I did have a problem with the turntable sticking up but cleaned the shaft and that helped with the record tray trying to return and hitting the turntable shaft. I do not think my Wurlitzer 600 has a problem with the selector for it selects records correctly every time its just the record tray comes out and the turntable raises to the top position the turntable spins for a second the drops back down without playing the record and the tonearm never moves. Thanks any help would be appreciated
