So I bought a Seeberg SMC1 yesterday, after moving it in to my house. We tested it and everything was working perfectly yesterday and we played about a dozen 45s after turning it on. This morning i turned it on and now the mechanism seems to be stuck to the left side and clicking. I have a link of a video I took below of the issue. I apologize if this is something really basic, I'm totally new to this and my main reason for turning it on this morning was to look at everything and start to learn what everything does inside. I know I need to clean and oil certain parts, but wasn't sure if that was the answer to fixing this problem. I appreciate any info anyone here might have.

Hi Tom, Leaving it "click" like that will very quickly ruin the clutch. It is failing to reverse direction. Check the limit switch contact. Are the C cells installed in the MCU ? If so, remove one and attempt to re-boot it. Ron Rich
