New Jukebox Owner

Hello All -

Just introducing myself.

I am a new Jukebox owner. Recently purchased a 1961 Seeburg AY160.

I am handy and mechanically inclined but have never owned a jukebox before.

The jukebox is full functional and in quite good condition, but will be looking to restore/replace a few cosmetic items and perhaps look into speaker improvements or replacements.

Looking forward to all of your helpful knowledge and pointers along the way.

There are many opinions on this, but I'm not sure I would replace the speakers if they are in good condition.

The speakers installed by the jukebox manufacturers are engineered to work in conjunction with the supplied amplifiers and needle cartridges.

If your sound quality is not sufficient, there may be issues other than your speakers.
