Rowe mm3 45rpm only playing same song

I just picked up a Rowe mm3. It appears to be in good shape but will only play the same song. The sound is good and everything else seems to be working. Is there anything that can be adjusted, lubed or checked before I have to call someone. I am pretty handy but don’t want to cause any issues trying to tinker with it.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Is the record by the Four Tops by any chance ("same old song")? Tip number 1, get yourself a service manual! Tip number 2, possibly the selection pin within the search unit isn't being reset? If you are unfamiliar with jukeboxes, you good have a dig around the forum and look at the sticky "how a jukebox works" for example.
