Rowe mm2 low hum/buzz

Hi,
When I turn my jukebox on sometime I get a low buzz sound.  It kinda sounds to me like ground issue.  If I select a song to play often time the buzz goes away, but eventually comes back. Like wise if I switch the unit into scan mode or off and then back on the buzz will subside.  Any ideas what may be causing this or where to start my search. The sound does not get louder or more intense if I turn up the volume.  Other than this the unit sounds great.

Did you check if the hum comes from the light ballasts? They tend to hum when getting old.
Remove fluorescent lamp by lamp and see if it makes a difference.
