Rockola 1428 issues

I recently purchased a Rockola 1428, and it has developed a problem.  I'm new to jukeboxes (and this forum), so sorry for sounding clueless.  When I drop a coin, I do hear the machine counting the credits, but that's as far as it goes.  The Thank You light doesn't come on and it won't play unless I manually press down on the solenoid to illuminate the light, then press the relay lever on the right hand side.  The machine will then play selections 1-4, but will not play any selections  past that.  It worked fine for about a week after purchasing it, and gradually developed this problem.  

First some buttons wouldn't work, other would, then it developed into the problem at hand.

I'm not sure what parts you are referring to when you say "push down on the solenoid" or "the relay lever on the right hand side".

Do you have a manual for this machine? If not, you should obtain one.

It would give a common reference so we can properly identify the components utilizing the nomenclature in the manual.
